01. THE BRIEF
Every project begins with a comprehensive Briefing stage. This is our opportunity to get to know you, your lifestyle, and the aspirations you have for your home.
Through in-depth conversations and a detailed site survey, we take the time to understand how you use your space, your stylistic preferences, and any practical requirements. This collaborative process allows us
to capture not just the look and feel you want to achieve, but also the atmosphere and functionality that will make your interiors truly personal.
The result is a carefully considered brief that forms the foundation of your project, ensuring clarity, alignment, and a shared vision from the very beginning.
02. CONCEPT DESIGN
With the brief established, we move into the Concept Design stage, where your vision begins to take shape.
At this stage, we translate the ideas and insights gathered into a carefully curated design concept that reflects both your lifestyle and the character of your home. We develop mood boards, spatial layouts, and initial palettes of finishes, fabrics, and materials to illustrate the overall aesthetic direction. This is a highly creative and collaborative phase, where we refine the look and feel of the scheme together, ensuring it captures the essence of what you want to achieve.
By the end of this stage, you will have a clear visual and conceptual framework that sets the tone for the rest of the design journey.
03. DETAIL DESIGN
Once the concept has been agreed, we progress into the Design Development stage, where every detail is refined and elevated.
At this point, we create rendered, to-scale plans and elevations that bring the vision to life in a tangible way. Alongside this, we prepare technical joinery drawings, lighting & small power plans, and all schedules required to execute the scheme. This stage is about turning creativity into precision, ensuring that every element is considered both aesthetically and practically.
This stage brings clarity and precision, providing you with a complete picture of how each space will come together. By the end of this phase, you will have a detailed and cohesive design package that ensures a seamless transition into the implementation stage.
04. FF&E DESIGN AND COSTING
With the design scheme fully developed, we move into the FF&E Design & Costing stage. This is where we carefully curate all furniture, fixtures, fittings, lighting, artwork, and accessories that will bring your interiors to life. Every selection is considered not only for its aesthetic value but also for quality and longevity.
At this point, we also present detailed costings, giving you a clear understanding of investment across all elements of the scheme. This transparent process allows you to make informed decisions, refine selections where needed, and move forward with confidence.
By the end of this stage, you will have a comprehensive FF&E package and a document outlining project costings.
05. DESIGN MANAGEMENT
We offer a comprehensive Design Project Management service to ensure your scheme is delivered seamlessly from start to finish. Acting as the central point of contact, we coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and specialist craftspeople, attending regular site meetings to ensure every detail is carried out to our exact specifications and executed to the highest standard.
Over the years, we have built a trusted network of experienced trades and suppliers who bring exceptional expertise to each project. Our strong working relationships with these professionals allow us to manage the process smoothly and efficiently, from concept through to completion.
This hands-on management ensures your project runs to plan and on budget, while allowing you to enjoy the transformation of your home with complete peace of mind, knowing that every element is being carefully overseen and delivered with precision.
06. COMPLETION
The moment you’ve been waiting for... the finished space!
The installation and styling is one of our favourite stages, as it’s when the design truly comes to life. We are hands-on during installation day, carefully placing furniture, dressing each space, chopping every cushion, and perfecting the styling down to the smallest detail.
It’s this attention to detail that transforms a scheme into a home. Taking a step back to see the completed design, and witnessing our clients’ joy as they see their vision realised, is always the most rewarding part of the process.
