Commercial and Residential

Each and every project is unique to themselves, so it’s important to tailor every aspect of the design. From the property, the location, the budget and most importantly to the client’s individual needs.

The Brief

Taking the time to chat through the clients requirements for the space, budget, personal taste or brand identity, is key to ensuring the project is successful. In addition to getting to know our client, we get to know the project through site visits or remotely (plans and pictures).

Interpreting the detailed brief we will present the concept designs, consisting of floor plans, elevations, visuals and moodboards with samples of fabrics and finishes. This is a very collaborative stage and we invite our clients to provide us with feedback, so the concept is 100% perfect.
