For our upcoming module "Industry Practice" we are required to undertake 15 days work experience. This experience can be carried out at one or more practices and we are to document our time in a reflective journal which should cover what were doing on a daily basis.
I am thrilled to say that I have managed to secure one weeks work experience at Panoramic Properties who are a Residential Interior Design Studio at the luxury end of the market. I adore their designs and am so grateful that managing director Adam Fadle agreed to offer me the opportunity to spend some time at their new Knutsford studio.
As I already work at Lifestyle Interiors on a part time basis alongside my studies I will definitely approach Gemma to see if I can carry out a portion of my 15 days with the team, however I am open to getting experience across different sectors of the industry.
I have sent applications to a few select design studios and companies whos work I genuinely
admire and will post any updates in my search on here.
